MedMe is a web-based platform designed to streamline your pharmacy workflow and patient experience. It offers two sides:

  • Pharmacist-Facing Platform: Pharmacists have access to a comprehensive suite of tools for scheduling, documentation, and efficient workflow management (xxxx.medmeapp.ca).

  • Patient-Facing Web Portal: Patients can visit your pharmacy's specific URL (xxxx.medmeapp.ca/schedule) to book clinical services online.

This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started with MedMe and maximize its benefits for your pharmacy.

Onboarding

Welcome to MedMe! Your MedMe environment is now live.

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Pharmacist Dashboard: Use the login credentials provided in your welcome email. See guide: Getting Started - Links and Logins

  2. Create user accounts: Create user accounts for each staff member who will be using the platform. See article: Creating and Adding New Users

  3. Complete the Product Tour: This interactive tour will introduce you to the key features of the MedMe platform.

  4. Complete the Checklist: The checklist will ensure you've completed all essential setup tasks. You can find this within the lower-right chat widget under the Tasks tab.
