This comprehensive guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for new pharmacies to effectively utilize the MedMe platform.

Written by Raven Smith

MedMe is a web-based platform designed to streamline pharmacy workflow and enhance the patient experience. It offers two interfaces:

  • Pharmacist-Facing Platform: A comprehensive suite of tools for scheduling, documentation, and workflow management (e.g., xxxx.medmeapp.com).

  • Patient-Facing Web Portal: Patients can book clinical services online using the pharmacy's specific booking URL (e.g., xxxx.medmeapp.com/schedule).

This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started with MedMe and maximize its benefits for your pharmacy.
