Signing up for MedMe is an exciting step towards enhancing your pharmacy practice, but learning a new platform can definitely be overwhelming. You've received a bunch of new links and logins, but now you're unsure of where to go or how to get started. We recommend starting off by logging into your pharmacist dashboard and then taking a look at your patient-facing scheduling link.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

How do I access the pharmacist dashboard?

In your onboarding email, you should have received a link that is tagged as the Pharmacist Dashboard (or Pharmacist Login Page). It will look something like the following:

__________.medmeapp.ca

Simply click on the link in your email or copy and paste the link in your browser to access your login page, which will look something like the following:

By logging in, you will then have access to all of the features in the MedMe platform.

Note: Although we support many different browsers, we strongly recommend opening up your Pharmacist Dashboard using Google Chrome for the smoothest experience.

See our guides below to help you with logging in:

How do I access the patient scheduling link?

In your onboarding email, you should have received a link that is tagged as the Patient Scheduling Link. It will look something like the following:

__________.medmeapp.ca/schedule

When you receive your platform, all appointment types you have added on will be invisible to the public by default, and your scheduling link will likely look like this, with no appointments available to book into:

In order to make your appointments visible, please follow our guide linked below.

Note: Are you trying to access the patient scheduling link, but you keep getting redirected to your Pharmacist Dashboard? Try one of the following methods:

  1. Log out of your Pharmacist Dashboard, then access the patient scheduling link.

  2. If you would still like to be logged in to your Pharmacist Dashboard, open an "incognito" window and access the patient intake link through this window.

Try creating a test patient to see what your patient sees!
