Table of Contents:

Dashboard

The very first thing you will see when logging into your MedMe platform is the Dashboard.

The Dashboard tells you bits of information to help you streamline your day's workflow more seamlessly. It typically encompasses:

  • Upcoming appointments (scheduled)

  • Walk-in patients (if you are accepting any)

  • Current date/time

  • A number of statistics for upcoming events (e.g. appointment tracker, new bookings)

Depending on the services that your pharmacy/clinic offers, you may also be able to conduct mass actions (e.g. printing forms, batch updates, etc.).

Patients

The second tab on your left navigation pane says "Patients". The first time you click into it, it should be empty but you can easily add patients to your platform by selecting the "Add New Patient" button in the top right corner.

You will be prompted to enter specific patient fields to create entries (e.g. name, DOB, address, etc.). Upon successful creation of your patients, your Patients Tab will fill up.

When you click into a patient profile, you will be able to see their total list of consultations with your clinic as well as any patient information.

From here, you can always edit or add any patient fields (e.g. DOB, gender, sex, etc.).

Appointments

The Appointments Tab will guide you to a calendar where you can see your upcoming (scheduled) appointments.

There are multiple ways to adjust this view:

  • On the top left, you can change the calendar you are looking at (e.g. if you have multiple providers at your clinic/pharmacy, you can toggle between their calendars)

  • On the top right, you can change between Week and List views.

Changing to the List view will allow you to filter for appointments by day, type, status, and more.

Settings

Lastly, your Settings Tab is where you can specify your own personal information, such as your contact information and availability.

Note: Depending on the setup of your pharmacy/clinic, you may be able to edit and enter different fields.

To learn more about customizing your information and availability check out our Provider Profile Management Guide.
