Why This Is Useful

Pharmacies can use this feature to invite patients to services such as flu shots or vaccine programs based on appointment history or other criteria.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the MedMe system.

  2. Go to the Patients tab.

  3. Select List View from the toggle.

  4. Click Filter/Sort and adjust:

    • Appointment Date Range

    • Appointment Type (e.g., High Dose Flu Shot)

    • Appointment Status (e.g., Scheduled, Completed)

    • Other filters as needed (e.g., Patient Criteria, Postal Code)

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Select the checkboxes next to the patients to include.

  7. Click Send Custom Email.

  8. Enter the custom message content.

  9. Review the CASL consent checkbox:

    • Leave unchecked to only include patients who have provided CASL consent.

    • Check the box to also include patients who have not provided CASL consent.

  10. Click Send.

  11. Confirm the selection in the pop-up and click Send again.

  • Keep messages short and relevant to the service being promoted.
