Create custom email communication to specific patient groups, increasing the relevance and effectiveness of your messages. The benefits of sending custom messaging to patients include:

There are three ways to send patients custom emails:
Send custom emails from the Patient's tab
Send a custom email to any patient in your MedMe system.
Login to your MedMe system.
Select Patients.
Select Filter/Sort.
Filter by:
Patient Age
Profile Create Date
Patient Criteria: HPV, Shingles
Postal Code
Select Apply.
Select the checkboxes next to the patients you wish to include in the recipient list.
Select Send Custom Email.
Add custom messaging to the email.
Select the check box to include patients who have not provided CASL consent.
Select send to ALL the patients with emails.
Select Send.
Re-confirm the selection and select Send again.
Send custom emails from the Appointments tab
Send an email to any patient who has scheduled using a specific appointment, such as High Dose Flu Shot.
Login to your MedMe system.
Select Appointments.
Select List View from the dropdown toggle.
Select Filter/Sort.
Adjust.
Appointment Date Range (Important)
Appointment Type
Appointment Status (Cancelled, Complete, Scheduled)
Mode of Booking (In Person, Scheduled, Conduct Now)
Patient Criteria: HPV, Shingles
Postal Code
Select Apply.
Select the checkboxes next to the patients you wish to include in the recipient list.
Select Send Custom Email.
Add custom messaging to the email.
Select the check box to include patients who have not provided CASL consent.
Select send to ALL the patients with emails.
Select Send.
Re-confirm the selection and select Send again.
