Pharmacist Experience: Managing Walk-In Appointments

When a patient completes the walk-in flow, their information appears on the Walk-In Patients section of the Dashboard.

Changing Appointment Statuses via the Dashboard

  1. Check for patients under the Consented status.

  2. Change the status to Arrived when the patient checks in.

  3. Change the status to Completed after the appointment is finished.

Tip: For group walk-ins, changing the status via the dashboard updates it for all patients in the group.

Changing Appointment Statuses via the Patient Profile

  1. Go to the Patient Profile.

  2. Click the relevant appointment.

  3. Use the dropdown in the top right of the consultation card to change the status.
