Overview
This article explains how to send mass messages, waitlist and booking links to patients in MedMe. It covers how to filter patients and send custom emails to groups, including those with appointments or on the waitlist.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Patients with Appointments
Select Appointments from the left navigation panel.
Click Filter to open the filter menu where you can select options such as
Date range
Appt Type
Appt Status
Age
And more!
Once the filters are applied by using the Apply button at the bottom of the filter menu.
Select the checkboxes next to the desired appointments and choose one of the following options that appear:
Send Custom Email
Send Waitlist Invite
Download CSV
Send Rescheduling Links
Send Booking Links
Cancel Appointments
Please Note: Only appointments visible in the filtered list will be affected by bulk actions.
Patients on the Waitlist
Navigate to the Waitlist tab.
(Optional) Use Filter to view specific groups based on appointment needs or other filters.
Select the checkboxes for the patients to message.
Click Send Booking Link or Send Custom Email.
Tip: Use tags or Patient Interest Flagging to organize waitlist patients for targeted communication.
Any Patients in the Patient List
Select Patients from the left navigation panel.
(Optional) Use Filter to refine by name, tag, or last interaction.
Select the checkboxes for the patients to contact.
Click Send Custom Email to compose and send the message.
For Instance: This method is ideal for sending newsletters or general updates to all patients.
