We love seeing pharmacy teams grow and we're happy to see more users from your team joining us. But we also understand that there's been some confusion in logging in and this article will guide you through why!

I Signed up with a Pharmacy Code

When you signed up for an account with MedMe, you would've seen one of the following screens to set your login credentials:

Here, you would've specified using your email OR entering a username as your "login" name. The first screen is an example of the fields you would've entered if you selected "username" as your preferred login option.

In both email and username options, you would've entered your email as well but please remember the username you entered (if you had one)! This is the key to getting into the platform and is the credential you should log in with going forward.


I Signed In as an Admin

After setting up your platform, you would've received an email with the following information:

  • Your MedMe platform link (e.g. _____.medmeapp.com)

  • A username OR email (e.g. "demoph" or "demo@medmehealth.com")

  • A temporary password

  • Your pharmacy code (e.g. "00ABCDEFGHI")

Upon logging in for the first time, you would've been asked to enter your personal and contact information to set up your account. However, please remember that after changing your password, you will still need to login with the username OR email provided in the email.
