What is Multi-Service Booking?

Multi-Service Booking allows patients to schedule dual appointments—such as a Flu Shot and COVID-19 Vaccine—at the same time through the Booking Portal.

Patient Experience

When Multi-Service Booking is enabled:

  • Patients can select a primary service and are automatically prompted to add a second eligible service.

  • A second confirmation step appears before the booking is finalized.

How to Create a Multi-Service Booking

Tip: This feature is in testing and will only be available to non-enterprise stores. Enterprise organizations have their Multi-Service Booking settings managed centrally.

Warning: This feature only works if Public Intake is enabled for both appointment types.

  1. Navigate to the Settings Tab.

  2. Select Multi-Service Booking.

  3. Select Create.

  4. Choose the Primary service. This is the service the patient selects first and is the entry point for co-booking.

  5. Then select the Co-bookable service(s). These are the additional services the patient is offered when booking the primary service.

  6. Select Create. The multi-service booking settings will be applied immediately.

Tip: This feature is fully customizable, so any clinically appropriate appointments can be made co-bookable.

How to Edit an existing Multi-Service Booking

  1. Open the desired Multi-Service Booking.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. Update the Co-bookable service(s) as needed.
