The process starts with you as the pharmacist having already conducted a medication review with your patient on MedMe’s platform, and generated a PDF of the medication review documentation in your computer.

  1. Choose the patient profile on Kroll

  2. Go to “All Rx” and select the prescription to “Modify”

  3. Under “Images” at the bottom-left corner of the screen, select the “Add Image” button

  4. Select “Import Script Image File”

5. Cancel the “Select Document” pop-up window

6. In the “Scan Images” window, click “Load Image”, then “From Other File”

7. From the pop-up Computer Files window, select the Medication Review Documentation PDF to upload

8. Each page of the document will be imported as separate images. “Save” the document once the upload is complete.

9. In the Rx Images screen, select “Other” under “Type” to type in file names in “Description”. (Ex. Medication Review Documentation)
