Browser Requirements
For Pharmacists
Recommended browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
Platform: Desktop or laptop
Tip: Chrome provides the best support for MedMe's latest features and updates.
Warning: Safari and Firefox may cause security or layout issues and are not recommended for Pharmacist Account use.

Firefox v34 or higher

Android: 1080p or higher (typically devices with 5.3"+ screens)
Camera for medication display: Minimum 1.2MP (960p), common in most smartphones made after the iPhone 6
Tip: Higher-resolution devices improve video quality and image clarity during virtual consultations.
Network Requirements
MedMe requires a stable and secure internet connection to function properly.
Recommended Network Speeds:
Download: At least 25 Mbps
Upload: At least 5 Mbps
Minimum Network Speeds Supported:
Download: 1.5 Mbps
