Our reports feature is a powerful tool that allows pharmacists to analyze appointment data and gain insights into business operations. Some of the benefits include:
Identify appointment trends and patterns
Review appointment data over a period of time
Navigate to your pharmacy's MedMe URL and login
Click Reports
Click Date Range to set the appropriate time frame
Click Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to alter the graph view
Note: In the "Daily" date grouping, any dates with 0 appointments won't be shown in the x-axis.
Identify the most popular appointment types and appointment statuses
Note: The darker red shade indicates higher appointment counts
Identify the most popular day of week and hour of day
Identify the number of appointments booked through Reserve with Google
Export data or schedule delivery
For any chart, click the ellipsis icon (...) at the top right corner
Download file formats supported: CSV, Excel, PDF, PNG
Schedule Delivery: Allows you to schedule an email delivery for a specific chart or the entire dashboard.
Alert: Triggers the delivery only if a certain condition has been met (e.g. results have changed)
Important: the Reports Feature only includes aggregate, de-identified appointment totals. No patient details are stored or exported through this feature.
