Is the same patient signing up on your waitlist multiple times? Accidentally created two patient profiles? No problem, you can merge patient profiles together using the Merge Patient setting.
Once you've identified a patient that has duplicate profiles:
Select the Patients tab on the left navigation panel.
Search for the patient profile and click on their name.
Click on the ellipses (three dots) beside their name.
Select Merge Patient.
Then a prompt will appear for you to search for the second existing patient profile to merge (search and select the patients second profile).
Select Continue.
Select the patient information to keep.
Select Confirm Merge.
Now the two patient profiles will be merged!
Please Note: If each profile has unique consultations they will all be included in the merge. Consultations will not be cancelled or deleted.
