Strategic guidance can help determine whether to set up a recurring schedule, ideal for regular appointment types, or a non-recurring schedule for unique or one-off events, allowing for enhanced flexibility and precision.
This article explains how to set up Flexible Appointment Availability in MedMe for non-recurring events. It covers how to switch from a recurring schedule to a one-off event-type calendar for special situations.
Please Note: For clinics with multiple providers or general scheduling needs, relying on Calendar Availability without using Flexible Availability settings is often simpler and more effective.

What is Flexible Availability?
By default, the calendar in MedMe uses a recurring weekly schedule.
However, for special cases like non-recurring events, the system allows switching to a one-off flexible availability. This is useful for:

External Corporate Clinics
Special Events
Physician-Led Clinics
Please Note: This setup is different from the External Flu Clinic feature.
