One of the most common reasons for not being able to enter the video call is if the browser has blocked Camera and Microphone access. To unblock, check out the tutorials for different browsers:
Google Chrome (both mobile and desktop)
- First, select the 3 dots at the top right corner of the page 
- Click Settings then Site Settings 
- Select Camera and ensure it's set to ON 
- If "medmeapp.com" is in the Blocked list, select this and choose to Clear & Reset 
- Repeat steps 4-6 for Microphone 
- Lastly, Refresh Page 
Safari (mobile)
Tip: Please ensure the webpage has been refreshed before moving to the next steps.
- Open the Settings app 
- Tap on Safari, then Camera 
- Scroll to Camera & Microphone 
- Confirm that Ask or Allow is checked 
- Click Refresh Page 
Safari (Desktop)
- Begin by selecting Safari at the top left corner of screen 
- Next, click Settings for This Website 
- Ensure Camera is set to Allow 
- Ensure Microphone is set to Allow 
- Lastly, Refresh Page below
