1. Is there a free trial? What's included?
We are happy to let you know that there is a 3-month trial of the Minor Ailments Ontario module available for all independent pharmacies. The 3-month free trial includes access to the the end-to-end Minor Ailments module, including the integration and free licensing of Vigilance Santé's RxConsultAction product. You will be able to do an unlimited number of appointments and have access to the full suite of training and implementation materials. The duration of the free trial will be from Jan 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023*.
*To qualify for the free trial, you must be on our Monthly plan (base fee of $25/month)
*Before March 31, 2023, you will be contacted to opt-in to one of 3 pricing packages (see below).
At this time, MAPflow license and integration is not included in the free trial period, although this is subject to change.
2. How much will it cost after my free trial?
The Minor Ailments module will be offered as an add-on module. This means that there will be a flat fee charged to your account. Please below for pricing details or contact us at care@medmehealth.com:

4. Are you partnered with MAPflow?
Yes! See our press release here. We are one of the first vendors to integrate with MAPflow in order to provide a seamless, clinically-validated experience for our pharmacies. This integration is not yet available, but we are committed to providing this option as soon as possible. We will be rolling out the integration in the next few weeks, but in the meantime you can purchase your MAPflow license** from OPA or their homepage and gain access right away.
**The MedMe subscription does not include the MAPflow license fee, you will have to purchase this separately from MAPflow.
