Set Up Basic Custom Appointments

Standard appointment types may not always align with the unique demands of your pharmacy. Basic Custom appointments offer the adaptability you need, letting you create specialized slots for various services. This not only enhances the level of care but also allows for efficient resource allocation.

Basic Appointment:

  • ✅ Custom Name

  • ✅ Custom Description

  • ❌ Custom Intake

  • ❌ Custom Documentation

How to Set Up a Basic Custom Appointment

  1. Select the ellipses (three dots) on the left panel

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select Appointment Types

  4. Search for "Custom #1" and select this appointment

  5. Select Details

  6. Change the following

    1. Type: Appointment Name

    2. Description

    3. Waitlist Description

    4. Email Confirmation Verbiage

    5. SMS Confirmation Verbiage

  7. Select Save

💡 Enable Public Intake for this appointment when you are ready for patients to see the MedMe URL
