At MedMe, we pride ourselves on our prompt and attentive customer support. We take customer feedback very seriously and constantly update our platform on a weekly and monthly basis based on direct feedback from our users.
There are 3 methods of support we offer: Live Chat, Phone, and Email
1) Integrated Live Chat (aka "Intercom")
At the bottom right-hand corner of our platform is a chat box button accessible at all times.
After clicking into it, messages can be sent to the MedMe support team directly or search the help centre articles for an answer. This is often the fastest way to get in touch with MedMe and we operate 9 am-9 pm EST, Monday to Friday. Should a message be sent after our business hours, a MedMe support associate will respond the next business day.
2) Phone - Escalated Support Line
For urgent issues (i.e. platform function not working), call our Office number at (647) 372-2270. Leave a voicemail with your name, store, phone number, and question if we can't pick up right away, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
3) Email
If you have questions about your account/billing, you can reach us at billing@medmehealth.com.
For general feedback on the product, or operationally-related questions, you can always reach us at care@medmehealth.com.
However, this is often the slowest mode to get in touch, so we recommend using the live chat for any immediate questions to get support immediately.
