Microphone Program Terms & Conditions

By requesting a microphone through this program, the participant acknowledges that eligibility is contingent on active participation in the MedMe Health Pilot Partner Circle, as outlined above. Each pharmacy location is eligible for a single microphone only. Microphones are provided on a one-time, complimentary basis for the purpose of supporting product engagement during the free trial. MedMe Health does not provide technical support, warranty, or performance guarantees for the microphone, and is not affiliated with Logitech, Blue Microphones, or any associated hardware brand. In the event that a participant fails to meet the stated engagement expectations, defined as completion of research surveys or participation in scheduled feedback activities, MedMe Health reserves the right to invoice the participant for the full retail value of the microphone (estimated at $130 CAD plus applicable taxes) or request return of the hardware. Participation in this program is voluntary and does not entitle the participant to future product discounts, hardware offers, or access to unreleased features beyond the terms of this initiative. MedMe Health reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program, including its eligibility criteria, benefits, or enforcement provisions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
