Chrome Users
On the top left, Select next to the URL
Select Microphone
Select “Allow on every visit”
Reopen the AiScribe form
Check your microphone input
If your microphone is not picking up noise, try to switch your microphone inputs. If your desktop has a built-in microphone, that is recommended.
At the top right, select More > Settings
Select Privacy and security > Site settings
Under “Permissions”, select Microphone
Select your preferred microphone from the list
Allowing tab / system audio sharing
If you use the Microphone + system audio option, your browser also asks permission to share your screen or a tab when you start recording. In that prompt:
Choose the tab or window the patient’s call is playing in.
Turn on the “Share tab audio” (or “Share system audio”) checkbox before you confirm — this is what lets AI Scribe hear the patient’s side.
If you don’t turn this on, only your microphone is captured.
