Services can be flexible. While some services are best offered in-person (I.e., vaccinations) others can be offered with a virtual option, or even exclusively virtual. With the methods toggle, any service can be tailored to your preferences!
STEP 1: Go to your settings page
STEP 2: Select an appointment-type
STEP 3: Select the Methods you'd like to support under "General"
...and that's it!
When turning on a new appointment-type check out the "Details" page to ensure the notifications for that method have been customized for your specific pharmacy!
