What Is the Methods Toggle?
The Methods Toggle allows customization of how a service is offered:
In-Person
Video
Phone
This feature makes it possible to offer some services exclusively in-person (e.g., vaccinations), while others may be offered virtually or by phone.

How to Adjust the Methods for an Appointment Type
Navigate to Settings > Appointment Type Settings.
Select the desired Appointment Type.
Under Available Methods, toggle each method ON (blue) or OFF (grey) as needed:
