The default calendar for appointments follows a recurring, weekly schedule that is customizable.

However, there is an opposite calendar setting available for non-recurring time slots, such as when needing an appointment for a single event:

  • Flu Clinics

  • External Corporate Clinics

  • Special Events

  • Physician Led Clinics

  • And more!

These non-recurring appointment days or weeks are called Event Type Appointments. Please note that this is different from our External Flu Clinic feature.

Changing to an Event-Type Appointment

  1. Select the ellipses (three dots) icon beside your Account Name

  2. Select Settings

  3. In the desired appointment type, navigate to the Calendar Availability tab at the top

  4. At the bottom, in the Danger Zone section switch between the recurring type and one-off event type of calendars by toggling the option

  5. In the pop-up confirm the switch by typing CONFIRM and your First and Last name

  6. Next, click the Add button in the top right to add availability

  7. Add more availability by clicking the Add button again. Delete an availability by clicking the red X next to the available time
