Some pharmacies like to see a succinct list of appointments and patients on a PDF, or printed to use as a checklist for pharmacy staff who are not at the computer. This is especially helpful for pharmacies that offer External Clinics to organizations or corporations.
Print a PDF or list of all patient appointments
Login to MedMe
Navigate to the Calendar tab on the left panel
Select the Calendar you wish to print
Click the Print icon in the top right corner
Choose the Start and End dates
Select the checkbox "Include appointments from all calendars" if desired.
Select Export to PDF, or choose CSV if you want a spreadsheet version.
Select Export
The information exported will include the patient's name, date of birth, date of appointment, appointment type, and contact number.
In the CSV, additional fields are included such as the patient's health card number and address.

This function will not print all patient consent form PDFs, please see batch printing forms for more details.
