Getting the help you need during the holiday season

During the holiday period, our commitment to providing exceptional support remains a top priority at MedMe. While our office is closed from December 21, 2024 to January 6, 2024, we have arranged several support options to ensure you continue to receive the assistance you need.

1) Care and Billing Support via Email

For urgent matters during the holidays, we have two dedicated email addresses:

Our specialized teams will monitor these emails to respond to urgent requests within 24 hours.

2) MedMe Chat Bot - Live Chat Support

Our integrated Live Chat feature, accessible via the live chat button at the bottom right-hand corner of our platform, is available throughout the holiday season. The MedMe Chat Bot is designed to answer a wide range of queries and provide instant support.

You can also search our extensive help center articles through the Live Chat for quick answers.

3) Access to Our Comprehensive Help Center

Our Help Center remains a valuable resource for information and support. With a wide range of articles and guides, you can find answers to many common questions and learn more about using the MedMe platform effectively.

For reference, here are our standard support channels, which will resume after January 6, 2024:

  • Live Chat Support: Available 9-9 EST, Monday to Friday.

  • Phone - Escalated Support Line: Call (647) 372-2270 for urgent platform issues.
