The MedMe Chat Bot should be your first stop for support. It’s trained on the MedMe system and can instantly help with general questions, setup guidance, and many common troubleshooting needs.
It’s available around the clock and provides immediate responses, making it the quickest way to get the information you need.
2) Access to Our Comprehensive Help Center
Our Help Center remains a valuable resource for information and support. With a wide range of articles and guides, you can find answers to many common questions and learn more about using the MedMe platform effectively.
3) Support via Email
For urgent matters during the holidays:
If you run into an issue that significantly impacts your ability to use MedMe; such as trouble accessing the platform or a full system interruption, please email care@medmehealth.com. Our specialized team will be monitoring this inbox and will respond to urgent requests within 24 hours.
All other questions or requests will be looked after once our offices reopen.
