2022 MedMe Health Holiday Shutdown

As 2022 comes to a close, we feel that it is important to give our employees dedicated space to recharge for the year ahead. Responses may be delayed, so we appreciate your patience during this time. Our live chat function will be offline from the close of business Friday, 23rd December 2022 - January 2nd, 2023.

What if I have an emergency?

We will not be rolling out any updates or new features that may impact you during this period and our teams will be actively monitoring our systems during this time. Our team is available for any emergency via support@medmehealth.com.

Why is MedMe Health closing down during this period?

As a company, we are excited about what 2023 has in store for us and what that means for you as a customer. In order to ensure we give you the best experience, we want to make sure we start the year fresh. We believe the best way to do that is to give our teams time to refresh over this holiday period so we can come back and hit the ground running in the new year.
