Our goal here at MedMe is to build tools to automate, augment, and enhance your clinical workflow. That also includes understanding that unfortunately, mistakes can happen, such as accidentally completing an appointment. In order to help you reverse this, we've pushed out a new feature to allow you to undo an appointment completed in error.

How to "Uncomplete" a Completed Appointment

Step 1: Open the patient profile in question and navigate to the particular appointment you would like to edit.

Step 2: In the top right corner in the Consultation Details card, we've added a small dropdown arrow next to "Completed". Upon selecting that, a dropdown option will appear.

Step 3: Upon clicking that option, follow the prompts in the pop-up to confirm this action.

Step 4: This is what your patient's appointment will look like now! The appointment has now been moved back to "Scheduled" status and can now be completed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
