The MedMe team is constantly working on new features and pushing updates to your platform. Unfortunately, this means that from time to time, our users will be required to clear their cache (a collection of old, stored information from every website you visit) in order to retrieve the newest version of our platform.

When do you know it's time to clear your cache?

When you encounter browser errors, slow run-times, buttons missing, inability to save certain things, etc... this might point to clearing your cached files!

How to Clear Your Cache: Google Chrome

Step 1: After opening Chrome, navigate to the top right corner of your browser. Click on the three dots.

Step 2: Click "More Tools" and select "Clear Browsing Data". This will pull up the following pop-up.

Step 3: At the top of the pop-up, select a time range. We recommend either "Last 4 Weeks" or "All time".

Step 4: Ensure that the "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" checkboxes are checked. After, click the "Clear data" button and your cache is cleared!
