MedMe's online platform is designed to be as compatible as possible and meet modern security requirements that protect your data and your customer’s data. This means that web browsers released prior to 2012 are no longer supported because many of them do not support the modern encryption that is now standard today.

Browser
For Pharmacists
MedMe's pharmacist-facing platform is best experienced in Google Chrome on a desktop and/or laptop as you will get the best performance out of MedMe. This is because Chrome supports leading-edge web technologies the best.
Safari and Firefox may experience security and design compromises and are not recommended.
For Patients
The Patient-side scheduling and video-call interface support both mobile and computer browsers. The minimum browser requirements are:

Chrome v23 or higher
Firefox v34 or higher
Safari v7 or higher

Mobile Browsers:
Safari v5 and higher
Chrome on Android Jelly Bean 4.1-4.3.1 and Android KitKat 4.4-4.4.4 (if TLS 1.1 is enabled)
Chrome on Android Lollipop 5.0-5.0.2 and higher (TLS 1.1 is enabled by default)
Edge all versions
Opera 12.18 or higher
Though MedMe is able to support the minimum browser requirements listed above with current features, it is always safe to update the browser to the latest version to make sure any new features.
Screen & Device
For Pharmacists
For the best visual experience, a minimum screen/monitor size/resolution of 1920 x 1080p is recommended. This is standard for most monitors on the market.
For the best video experience, a minimum camera resolution of 0.3MP (480p) is recommended. This is standard for most laptop cameras and definitely satisfied by individual webcams.
For Patients
To best access the scheduling and video pages as a patient, the following minimum requirements are recommended:
iPhone: 1080p or higher (iPhone 6 plus or newer)
Android: 1080p or higher (typically any phone with a screen larger than 5.3")
To be able to display medication details on a vial/bottle, a minimum camera resolution of 1.2MP (960p) is recommended, which is found on most devices made after the iPhone 6.
Network
Since MedMe is a web-based platform, a secure internet connection is needed to access MedMe and conduct virtual consultations.
Recommended network requirements for a smooth MedMe experience is at least 25Mbps download speed and at least 5 Mbps upload. However, MedMe supports at the absolute minimum 1.5Mbps download speed and 0.3 Mbps upload.
